The website www.pd-denia.com is the property of PORTZGEN & DOWEN CONSULTANTS, S.L, registered address no. 39 (ground floor), Calle Marques de Campo, 03700 Denia, Alicante, Tax Identification Number B-03767365 and inscribed in the Company Registry of Alicante under general volume 1343, folio 68, page no. Personal Data
In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13th December regarding the Protection of Personal Data, we wish to inform the user, quoting article 5 of said Law, that data supplied in the contact forms of our web page shall be stored in automated files owned by PORTZGEN & DOWEN CONSULTANTS, S.L., and shall be treated as stipulated in the Organic Law on Protection of Data.
After responding to queries or requests for information sought about a dwelling (apartment, house, etc.), data supplied by users in the forms is immediately deleted. Therefore, data supplied by the interested parties are only kept in PORTZGEN & DOWEN CONSULTANTS, S.L. files for a brief period of time.
The company responsible for the files undertakes not to use the data in the files for any purposes other than that for which it was collected, or illegally pass it on to third parties. It also agrees to treat the data as confidential and to apply all the technical, organizational and security measures that may be necessary to prevent unauthorised access to or illicit treatment of the data, as established by the current regulations governing the protection of data. The filling in of the forms by the users implies their express consent to the collection of their data by the company concerned, and their being aware of the fact that said data shall be temporarily stored in the computerised files owned by PORTZGEN & DOWEN CONSULTANTS, S.L.
The rightful owners of said data have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose their data.
